After some time she was able to then expand her role to better utilize the skills and knowledge she picked in her earlier years to eventually transition into the Director of Operations. In this role, Sierra oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. She is responsible for managing the team, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining the smooth functioning of the clinic.
